Join guide Nicola Owen, from Audio Described Aotearoa, for a walking tour of Sculpture in the Gardens. These walks are designed to offer an in-depth tour of the sculptures for blind or visually impaired visitors.
Three tours are offered on the following dates at 10:00am: Tuesday 23 January, Saturday 10 February, and Wednesday 14 February. Bookings are essential.

The sculpture trail is 2km long, so we recommend sturdy you wear walking shoes, and bring sun protection and a water bottle. The walk will start at 10:00am. Please meet Nicola at the Visitor Centre when you arrive, from 9:45am.
Bathrooms are available in the Visitor Centre and also on two locations on the tour. Entry, parking and the tour are free.
Sculpture in the Gardens is on 11 November 2017 till 25 February 2018. We are celebrating the 10th-anniversary exhibition of Sculpture in the Gardens. The exhibition is free and open to everyone, all summer long. The exhibition is set out along a 2km trail of outdoor sculptures through the gorgeous Auckland Botanic Gardens. An indoor gallery features over 60 artists’ works of sculpture, glassware and jewellery on sale.
