Anthony Cribb (Ngāti Rangi, Te Atihaunui a Pāpārangi, Ngāti Tūwharetoa) is an artist, educator and researcher from Tāmaki Makaurau. He works on project-by-project basis, responding to the social environment of each site.
Though his works are unique and play on different practices of form, scale and concept, they are united in idea and technique. Each work is perhaps a growth on the last, where modes of representation are accumulated and developed. Presently, Cribb is focusing on concepts relating to the miniature, site, sentiment, transformation and existing structure.
