Artist page information form

We need further information about you and your entry to the Sculpture in the Gardens exhibition 2026–27.

This information will be used by the exhibition organisers in various ways including exhibition logistics, your artist page on the Sculpture in the Gardens website, your artwork plaque, and for marketing throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Please note that what you provide may be copyedited to ensure clarity and consistency across the exhibition's publicity materials.
